Talent Avenue

Talent Avenue is excited to be hosting the Cyber Sing-Off!

Based in Fort Wayne, Indiana, Talent Avenue is Mindy Cox, an independent voice teacher with over 17 years of experience with adolescent voices.  Her students have gone on to study Voice and Musical Theatre at Indiana University, Oklahoma City University, AMDA, Elon University, AADA, and Wright State University to name a few.  They have been national pageant winners, Equity actors, and directors and artists creating their own theatre opportunities. 

The winner of the Great Lakes Region Independent Teacher of the Year for the National Association of Teachers of Singing, Mindy believes that technique and performance opportunities are the bedrock to growing the total singer.

Mindy is thrilled to be bringing a new way of competing in Solo Competitions in this year of "new ways to do things."  She is beyond excited for young singers across the country to be able to hear each other, learn from each other, and get constructive criticism from Broadway professionals.
